Free courtesy cars and lifts
We promise to help you get on with your life. You can take a free courtesy car; we can pick up and drop your car back to you or even give you a lift into work, home or town. Just tell us which you'd prefer and we'll sort it out.
We'll fit exterior wiper blades and bulbs for free
We promise to fit wiper blades and exterior bulbs bought from us free of charge. We'll replace all exterior bulbs, including sidelights, headlights, brakelights, foglights and reverse and indicator bulbs. If you need interior, Xenon or LED lights replacing, just ask and we'll provide a competitive quote for fitting those, too.
We offer free visual health checks of your vehicle
We promise to give your car a 34 point check of the basics, absolutely free and with no obligation. Call 0191 383 7509 and ask us to book you in for an Express Visual Check (EVC) and we'll arrange it all for you.
Affordable monthly service plans. Spread the cost
We promise to offer a convenient monthly payment plan, so that you can spread the cost of your servicing into monthly instalments. Our Service Plans are tailored to your vehicle and are packed with extra benefits.
'Real' value for money with set service regimes
We promise to offer you the right service at the right time; charging Volkswagen set times for all work and offering a 2-year parts and labour warranty on parts fitted after the manufacturer's warranty has expired. (excludes wear and tear items)
No one knows your Volkswagen better than us
We promise that our Volkswagen experts receive the latest Volkswagen training and have instant access to Volkswagen tooling and Volkswagen technology. Because we love your car as much as you do.
Free road test with a technician if required
We promise that if you want to demonstrate your concern face-to-face with one of our technicians, you can. Just ask and we'll arrange for one to be available for you: because sometimes it's easier to show than tell.
Free MOT test with our service plans
We promise that when you take out a Service Plan with us, we'll give you free MOT Tests for the life of your plan. No quibbles, no fuss - the ultimate value for money and convenience offer. (Not Applicable for Northern Ireland.)
We'll price match any like-for-like quote within 5 miles
We promise to match any like-for-like written quote for service, maintenance and repair using Volkswagen Genuine Parts from any garage within 5 miles. It's that simple.
Free car wash and vacuum with every service
We promise that every time you come to us for any job that takes over an hour in our workshop, we'll wash and vacuum your car for free; if the job takes less than an hour but you'd still like it cleaned, just let us know and we'll do that for free too.
