Making A Purchase
We accept credit card payment and use PayPal for our Credit Card Processing. We do not record or maintain any credit card information on site. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard, Electron, Switch, and Delta. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. Cancellation Rights. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you are given the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 7 days of placing the order. The cancellation period in the case of contracts for the supply of goods begins with the day on which the contract is concluded. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods. Should you exercise this right to cancel you must return the goods unopened and at your cost. On receipt you will receive a full refund excluding any costs incurred in returning them. Any returns will be credited within 7 working days to the Credit/Debit card which made the initial payment. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered by you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in How to Cancel and Order. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following: The product you ordered being unavailable from stock Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment The identification of a pricing or product description error You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms and Conditions

Shipping And Handling
Delivery is Free via Royal Mail for all items to Mainland United Kingdom, all other shipments will be charged by destination and weight.

Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you within 3 business days. International orders are generally received in under 7 days.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.

Credit Card Security
To protect our customers from any chance of fraud, we use PayPals securely encrypted site for all credit card transactions. No card details are held or maintained at our premises.

Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your purchase without giving a reason. Any returned goods under this clause are returned at your cost, but the full purchase amount will be refunded normally within 7 days, but at the most 30 days after receipt back at our address. Returns Policy 1. Should product be found to be faulty on receipt, it will be replaced or your purchase price refunded immediately. 2.
